In 1966 DDr. Waldemar Buchberger established the law firm. In 2000 Dr. Rainer Buchberger became a partner of the Buchberger Rechtsanwalts KG, which was founded in the same year. We are specially engaged in questions of tort law, inheritance- and family law, contract law and insolvency law. We can offer our counsel in Austrian law in German, English, French and Spanish.
